Shipping Times Within Australia: 

Orders within Australia. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks. 

UK, US, Canada & Europe:

We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks. 

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over AU$100+.

For orders under AU$70 in Australia, we charge AU$10 flat rate shipping.

For all countries except Australia, we charge AU$18 for postage on all orders under AU$100 and free shipping for all the orders over AU$100.

Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

Is my shipment safe?

All our shipments are packaged with great care using bubble wrap and newspaper. It is then packed in corrugated box or polybag depending on the sizeof the packet.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments withirIndia are sent by reputed couriers like delhivery.com. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email with the Tracking ID and instructions to guuide you.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

No, there are no hidden costs. The amount mentioned at thhe time of placing the order and on your order receipt is what the product costs you. Any applicableoctroi, etc. is paid by the company.
